At Feliera, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you receive. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Please review our policy below.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong design, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@feliera.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges We are happy to assist with exchanges for a different design or color, subject to availability. Please contact our customer support team at support@feliera.com. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging intact
  • No signs of wear, scratches, or damage

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Exceptions

  • Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
